Site preparation and development for a new restaurant located at The Outlets at Legends in Sparks, Nevada.

5th and Keystone Retail Pads

The Keystone Retail Pad “H” project helped strengthen the West End Commons retail center as one of Reno’s newest premier retail destinations. The project consisted of a 3,120-square-foot shell building constructed for a future tenant.

Integrated Concepts, LLC performed the site preparation and development for the project. The building featured expansive storefront windows for natural light, a perimeter slab foundation to simplify future under-slab utilities, and three rooftop HVAC units for efficient climate control. Despite the small footprint and limited access in a high-traffic area, the project was successfully completed and delivered as a streamlined, adaptable retail shell.
